I have extensive experience working with children, teens and their families in various roles (teacher, school counselor and therapist). After navigating my own journey towards a more fulfilling life, my focus shifted towards supporting other individuals as they transition through different phases of life. Like a patchwork quilt, we are each stitching together our own unique path. Along the way, we all need a helping hand. But just like how we all have different tastes in clothes, music and movies, the support we need is individual too. I believe in meeting people where they are on their journey, understanding that each person's path is special and requires personalized care.
